- The hygienic, non-porous, non-absorbent and smooth layer of enamel coating makes this pot easy to clean and maintain as it requires no preseasoning. This pot features a tight-fitting, vapor seal lid designed to circulate steam and wide, ergonomic handles designed to provide a secure, comfortable grip when transferring from stovetop to oven to table.
- The vapor seal lid is designed without a vent, retaining all the nutrients, vitamins, moisture, and taste during the cooking process. The condensation bumps underneath the lid help create a self-basting effect, eliminating the need for excess water, making it a more efficient and eco-friendly cooking option.
- Compatible with all kinds of cooktops such as induction, electric, gas, halogen, and vitro-ceramic.
