The chair is as described The previous reviews made me cancel it after 24 hours but I was unable to do to the rules they have at the distribution warehouse but because of this I was able to experience the chair and found out that the previous view reviews were wrong. I tried out the chair and it was better than expected. The product was as described and it was cheaper than expected also was shipped within 4 days instead of the 7 or 8 days it said amazing
