Vovoya...do not buy from them!

I was promised a samsung 10 plus phone A-...i could barely see scratches, however when a call came in or if I tried to make a call I sounded like i was under water. Also...it was hard even answering a call the buttons did not work. i am so disappointed. I have sent this phone back 2 weeks ago through my local Walmart store and it is still showing "In Transit". Walmart you should really hold your merchants responsible. Now i am in limbo without a phone until i get my $300 back. Vovoya took my money out instantly...its bad enough it took 2-3 weeks for the phone to get to me, NOW another 2 weeks and counting to get my refund. i am appalled and disappointed.
