Phone came as advertised it was like new with maybe 1 or 2 scratches 1 on the screen and 1 near the charging port but I gave it 4 stars because the phone was not fully updated which made it difficult to set up in the beginning and I wouldn’t have been able to if I didn’t transfer the information from my other iPhone.
