There’s some scratches on the back and a couple dings on the edge, as any intelligent person would expect buying a refurbished phone. The phone powers on- charges- and was shipped quick. I did pay extra for it to come in LIKE NEW condition.. but it has a huge deep scratch in the middle of screen so now I have to pay another $100 to have it replaced. It’s a Christmas present so haven’t hooked it up to our phone service yet but hopefully that goes smoothly.

The phone was described as "Product works and looks like New" but 1. distorted voice from speaker and ear phone 2. heavily worn signs in body 3. several scrtch in screen 4. bigger percentage of battery power drop after a hour of voice talking Walmart's process was great, very straightforward and quick in purchase and return, but it should tighten product qualifications from those sellers, to save all parties effort.
