It came in the mail, I was excited. I bought a case and screen protector. It was a 12 mini not a 12. I was under the impression it was a 12. It has the expected scratch or two but the rear camera was messed up. It would not focus no matter what, super blurry.

Kiss more like Krap

The seller Kiss sold a lemon, had the phone for several months before we even used it for my elder mother. She used it maybe for three months and it no longer holes a charge and dies immediately. Contacted the seller and they said 90 day warranty and ended it at that. Should of just taken $200 and thrown it down a well. Extremely dissatisfied and feel scammed and ripped off. They didn't even offer a 5% discount on a replacement phone DON'T buy refurbished phones from Kiss and I'll inform everyone I know about this joke of a company. Also, the quality of reseller screening and review that Walmart provides, is crap. When I contacted Walmart and they wanted zero involvement and told me to write the seller.
