I’m so so happy with the phone I received! Its at 100% battery capacity, and the screen looks brand new! There’s some scratches on the back and a couple dings on the edge, as any intelligent person would expect buying a refurbished phone. Refurbished doesn't mean very used.

If only the refurbished word is on the description of the product, I am expecting that the phone would not have been used (or very little) as definition. This product is very used, and I am disappointed for this. I guess when product have been clearly used, it should be added to the description, then it can be seen by the customers.
