It broke after I had it for 45 days. I repaired it and after a few more months a weld broke which I couldn't fix. I contacted the company and they told me that it only had a 30 day warranty. I would not recommend buying this chair. It is poorly constructed and will not last. If you are able to use it for 2 or months you will be lucky. I would also recommend that Walmart discontinue selling it.
