Lift Chair

The chair is very nice. The Angi tech that assembled it was amazing! The only issue was a tech came to the house the day after the chair was ordered and the chair wasn't here yet. It was an awful experience trying to make the support team understand that. I was given 3 different numbers to contact Angi to reschedule and none of them worked. Finally my husband got on line and he figured out how to contact them. The lift part of the chair could be a little faster. My husband says it's to slow. Also when calling support it would be nice to be able to talk to a human as the chat on line doesn't understand all the things needed. It was very frustrating. I am also a current Walmart associate.
