Runs smooth, doesn't lag with each step - I've had full size treadmills that caught when stepped on, making the belt rotation very jerky. Stores under my bed nicely when I decide to put it away. Not extremely heavy - about 50 pounds. Perfect size for my apartment. It sits at the foot of my bed, which definitely makes it easy to roll out of bed and walk a mile to start my day. 😁😁😁
