I am a 250 pound 30 year old woman and i bought this to help me on my health journey. So far i have lost 30 pounds walking and eating better. My kids and their friends also love walking on it too. I've used this every day since I got it and I'm very pleased. It's sturdy and well constructed. The incline is just enough to give you a nice boost to your walk without being too hard. It's great cause I work nights and can't get outside to exercise and it's quite enough that it doesn't disturb anyone who's sleeping in the house. Love it!
