I am a 250 pound 30 year old woman and i bought this to help me on my health journey. So far i have lost 30 pounds walking and eating better. My kids and their friends also love walking on it too. WHR Walking pad 2.5 portable with incline

I can't say enough how happy I am with this treadmill . It's a bit heavy but I handled the entire setup my self. Just get the box off, set in location, plug in and put the battery in the remote. Then enjoy. I have mine set where I can watch my movies and shows. The instructions are sufficient . The display is great. I'm older and needing to walk daily. Where I live isn't the best place to be walking. This is my answer. Highly recommend this treadmill .
