Received this today and I was quite impressed with the quality. Is super sort. I bought it with the intention of having my grandkids sleep in when they spend the night. As some of the other reviews mentioned, it is air packed very tightly so it is going to take some time to form into a bed. I found that if I sort of break up the hard packed areas that it does start to form into a bed shape. I feel like this product will work better for me than the air mattresses that I have purchased over the years for the grandkids to sleep on. They don't seem to last at my house.
