This toaster is exactly as described. It toasts 3X faster than a regular toaster. It took me a few times to adjust the toasting level because it's a "new" toaster. 😁👍🏻 Only the top gets really hot, the sides not as much. I have not used the frozen button yet, but I'm sure that it will work just as described too. The toast pops right out of the toaster. It makes me laugh every time. A few times the toast was popped up and landed back onto the top of the toaster. So, have everything else ready because this toasts very fast. ☕️🥛🍩🥓🍳 I use my toaster every day. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

it really is faster.

it is faster, maybe half the time of my old toaster. very wide expansion slots, that clamp shut to hold slice in the middle of the slot. nice blue light button to stop and eject. accurate browning control. and very pretty and shiny in two-tone. i like it on my counter.

Delivered on time and meets my performance expectations is very fast compared to out toaster oven. Sides do get hot as noted in description. Does not present toaster oven with an evenly brown finish especially on bagels but the bread is toasted quickly as advertised
