An extended upper back with integrated headrest and lumbar knob reinforces healthy posture. The 24" wide swivel seat is double padded with 4" of foam. Raise or lower the seat using the pneumatic height adjustment lever for a custom fit. Generously padded loop arms reduce pressure on the shoulders and neck providing additional comfort. This is one of the heaviest chairs I have ever ordered. Plenty of cushion, firm but comfortable and built with heavy thick metal. I accidentally dropped one of the arms on the roller assembly, not far it was while assembling but it did put a slight ding in the chrome, my bad, its fine. The point is they are made that heavy. Great chair for the money!!!

Hercules Lasts 5 Years Under Intensive Use!
5 years later ... the foam on the arms is cracked up, the cushion in the seat is completely flat, the swivel plate is partially busted, the recline bar is jammed in the unlock position, and it squeaks/moans like a haunted house door, but this chair continues to support 350 lbs. and remains standing!!! Absolutely amazing! I thought it would fail within 1 year because I'm a chronic office chair user, but it kept on surprising me. Anyway, I'm ready to buy a new one. Hope the next one lasts 5 years too!

Bought this chair about a month ago & we're impressed. Had a couple of other chairs that were supposedly for big & tall but didn't hold up. This one is very comfortable whether you weigh 170 or 350. We are 5'5”, 5'8, and 5'11” and this chair provides good support. Lumbar area inflates/adjusts with knob. Easy to put together.
