Great Chair, Annoying Arms!
I love this chair, the ergonomics fit well for a Big & Tall item. The annoying part is that the arm rests move in and out and forward and backward with minimal pressure. Each time I get up or reach for something the arms ratchet outward, inward or front to back. No way to adjust them and set in place.

Substancial Chair
All parts were present with extras and assembled with no problem with provided wrench. My main concern is the seat and whether the foam will hold up and not compress significantly over time. The chair I had was killing my butt. Cushion on this chair seems fine; stay tuned. Don't like the way the paddles work that control the chair but that is minor. You can lock the back at a slant but you have no say on where it locks, it's fixed. Can't give it 5 stars because I have only used it for two days and for other reasons mentioned; for now it gets a 4.

Annoying Arms
My initial review of this chair was not published so let's try again. There are two things I don't like. The lowest position of the seat is a little too high even though I am almost 6 ft. tall and the other is the arms. The arms are terrible. The pads of the armrests move fwd and back and swing in and out and practically no force is required to move them. Not only is it unnecessary but it is very annoying! The seat is comfortable and supportive. Hopefully it will stay that way.
