An extended upper back with integrated headrest and lumbar knob reinforces healthy posture. The 24" wide swivel seat is double padded with 4" of foam. Raise or lower the seat using the pneumatic height adjustment lever for a custom fit. Generously padded loop arms reduce pressure on the shoulders and neck providing additional comfort. Turn the tilt tension adjustment knob to increase or decrease the amount of force needed to rock or recline and lock the seat in place with the tilt lock mechanism. Bought this chair about a month ago & we're impressed. Had a couple of other chairs that were supposedly for big & tall but didn't hold up. This one is very comfortable whether you weigh 170 or 350. We are 5'5”, 5'8, and 5'11” and this chair provides good support. Lumbar area inflates/adjusts with knob. Easy to put together.

Best Chair I Have Ever Owned
This chair was definitely all it was described to be and more. The padding is absolutely heavenly. I have already clocked several hours in this chair and it has been wonderful. It was a bit challenging to put together by myself but was not impossible. This is definitely a chair that will last a good long time you can tell. I am very impressed with this chair. I am very happy with my decision and my purchase.
