Great Chair except FEDEX handled it!
Received this chair, FEDEX doesn't knock and have issues with the other party of those order being mia. if you have ever seen the spoof video of the varies delivery services, they portrayed FEDEX perfectly! I knew when this package arrived because he dropped the box outside the door, and no knock, just left. I was just putting this together and wanted to review it because I wish I didn't have to take it back! Assembly can be done by anyone, even without skills. the first step of assembly, I thought I would have liked to have added threadlock, but it has adequate locking mechanism built in. The metal is good and strong and was going to keep it despite having paint chipped off...I like the look and feel so far; heavy duty! 1/4" thick back plate, just solid all the way around. Getting down to print the back of the chair, still excited, pull out the back and much to my disappointment the back was cracked. It is going back, I'm giving up on an office chair and possibly ordering from online period. This last order may have done me in.
