I love this chair. I bought it to help with low back pain. I have tried yoga balls, yoga balls with bases, and other ergonomic options and this one has been the best. It forces my back into an arch so my posture is maintained. You can adjust the firmness to whatever works best. The kids also enjoy sitting on it for schoolwork.
