Instructions

Cooking Directions: 3 Easy Steps: 1. Rinse up to 2 pounds of fish fillets thoroughly in ice cold water. 2. Coat fish completely in LA Fish Fry Air Fryer Seasoned Coating Mix. Shake off excess and place fish in air fryer basket in a single layer. 3. Air Fry at 375 degrees F for 10 to 15 minutes. Flip fish halfway through cooking time. Fish should be golden brown and have an internal temperature of 145 degrees F. Enjoy! Note: Cooking times are based on a 1500 Watt Air Fryer. Please consult your manual for precise cooking times for your specific make and model. Oven Directions: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Rinse protein or vegetables in ice cold water. Coat completely in mix and shake off excess. Bake in pan with raised rack for 10-15 minutes (depending on thickness) to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F and golden brown.
