I have used this product for nearly 30 years to fry fish in. I love the seasoning of it and the taste. Even the kids eat it, lol! I know I have it's made to fry in, but I have even put thin coating on baked fish and baked it in the oven and it makes a good coating as well!

This fish fry that is easy to use. The fry has a lemon and, zesty taste since it is primarily cornmeal yet it has a light consistency. I like the way there are two options for consistency , chef can use it just with water for convenience, or in order to create a thicker batter, the chef can mix egg and milk to coat the fish or vegetables order for heavier crispy crunchy coating also this mix is an ideal coating Ito use on fried zucchini. It tastes amazing.
