This fish fry that is easy to use. The fry has a lemon and, zesty taste since it is primarily cornmeal yet it has a light consistency. I like the way there are two options for consistency , chef can use it just with water for convenience, or in order to create a thicker batter, the chef can mix egg and milk to coat the fish or vegetables order for heavier crispy crunchy coating also this mix is an ideal coating Ito use on fried zucchini. It tastes amazing.
