Even though this says that it is a Fish Fry I love using in on all kinds of different things!!! It is great on Fish but also on Chicken and Pork Chops!!! After rinsing my protein I just cover it with the Fry mix in a bowl or on a plate and the I back the Chicken or Pork Chops. They come out nice and crispy!!! The Fish is PERFECT in the deep fryer!!!

Great gluten free choice for frying veggies, meat

I am gluten free and although this product does not state that it is gluten free on the box, their website does say this product is gluten free. I have had no problems as a celiac. I mix this with one part GF flour and one part Fish Fry for all my fried foods including veggies, chicken and fish. I first coat the meat or veggies with non-fat Greek Yogurt and then coat the meat or veggies in the GF flour/Fish Fry mix. Works great. For crispier fried food, use more fish fry and less GF flour. For beer batter texture, add more GF flour and less Fish Fry.

Very tasty and quick coating for fish and chicken! The convience and perfect combination of spice already added! Dip fish or chicken in milk and egg mixture, coat with a mixture of 1/2 Louisiana Crispy Fish Fry and 1/2 regular breadcrumbs, deepfry or bake in oven. So flavourable and crispy!
