Hirsh 25" Dp. 2-Drawer, Lgl-Size Vert File Cabine

Item arrived badly dented on the bottom, right side and back. The material used to make the product is not heavy-duty and that's the reason, I think, for the dents, or the packaging material should have been thicker. The front top drawer has a noticeable gap on the top left and bottom right. The drawers slide in and out okay, and the lock works. I think I should get a rebate for all the dents and quality flaws. However, I am going to keep the dented product, because I am 80 years old and can't contend with the hassle of returning it. The old filing cabinet I had before was pretty old, but it was heavy-duty and was never dented. I'm attaching photos of the dents on back and side.
