I searched and wanted to find a good filing cabinet at a decent price. I was very happy when I saw this for $160 (it went up $25 the following week). It is well worth the money even with the increase! I was concerned with the reviews that it would come damaged but it was perfect. It is packaged well and I think that with any large shipment there is a chance of damage. I am so very happy I took that chance. I would recommend this cabinet. I also purchased a caddy with wheels (about $30) so it could easily be moved and wouldn't be directly on my basement floor.

I like the height, and the fact that the drawers open easy and close easy. I also like that I can lock it if I like. I dislike that it does not come with wheels underneath, but I didn't buy wheels. The drawers are big and deep enough to organized all of my papers. It can accomodate all size folders. It fits perfectly in a corner. I can see my kitchen table again (no more papers everywhere). It's nice to be able to just grab a file when I need it without the hassle of trying to log onto the computer and search and remember a password or a file title just to find a document. Technology is good, but not all the time is it good for me.
