This is my first E bike it seems to be well built. It has a lot of power for what I need. I got it because of the ability to fold it for transporting. It does fold up but it's very awkward to handle. I've ridden a total of 18 miles so far and enjoy it. The tires don't have a lot of tread but hopefully they will wear well.

Horrible 3rd party customer service

I purchased two bikes from this company. The first one was flawless, no problems at all. Unfortunately, the second bike wasn't so lucky—the fork was bent and couldn't be assembled. After reading other reviews, I realized they were spot on. Dealing with the third-party customer service (not Walmart's) has been a complete nightmare, and I still haven't been able to get a replacement part. Overall, it's been a very frustrating experience. I hope you have better luck with your bike.
