Wanted to love it but it's going back to the store

Cushion is very hard. The lumbar cushion pushes you off the seat, and the seat leans down. They had rest, sits way further back than the lumbar pad, making the headrest useless. I really wanted to like this chair for the price but unfortunately it is going back to the store.
