For the price and my needs very good value

Like many adding home exercise equipment while avoiding the gym. Im 64 years old and my purpose was to add to an exercise bike to get me to 30 minutes or more aerobic exercise between them. I am able to get into my aerobic zone with this machine and it is a better whole body exercise than just the cycle. Many reviewers talked about parts breaking but after 2 months 2 or 3 times a week we are still going. For those of you coming from a Concept 2 this is not the same experience. If I treated this like I did rowers when I was 30 yrs old I would likely break the foot bed or snap the handle off the nylon strap. For those that mentioned the nylon strap breaking or sliding off the handle I am guessing that the stitching came apart so inspecting the equipment every few uses is important. Rowers that could compete with the Concept are more than 2to 3 times the price of this rower, weigh more and cant be stored as easily. I purchased from Walmart for the competitive price and extended warranty from a more reputable insurance company.

Don't be food by the low price on the rowing machine. Its super smooth, very quiet, and has very good simple instructions. Every part fit perfect and it was together in about 35 minutes. I have a home gym and this was a great addition. My wife and I both love this thing, plus the low cost 4 year Walmart warrantee is great. I paid total of $303 for it all.

I'm a tall guy at 6'3" 210 lbs and was afraid there wouldn't be enough room to extend my legs fully, but there's PLENTY-and then some! This is a super quiet machine that delivers a solid cardio workout in the comfort of your own home. I went in strong and decided to start my rowing at a level 8 resistance (the highest it goes) and it SEEMED easy at first, but within 5 minutes I was working up a sweat and could really feel my heart rate accelerating nicely. This thing engages your legs, abs, arms, chest, and back all in one simple motion! I'm a hige fan after only 3 days of having it assembled and can't wait to start seeing results. **Only took about 45 mins to build this sucker on my own.
