It is extremely well built and very robust in it's construction. In my month of using the vibration plate I already notice an improvement in my balance as well as more strength in my hips. It only takes 10 minutes of usage a day, according to research, to improve bone density with a vibration plate. I do toe raises, squats, hip abduction and hip adduction moves on the plate for my osteoporosis. I am very happy with my purchase of the Vibration Therapeudics VT007 vibration Plate. It come in at a very affordable price point, has a fantastic 10 year warranty, comes with excellent customer service and is an excellent tool for my fight against Osteoporosis.
