Instructions
Gently scoop a small amount of brow sculpting wax onto the spatula and place it on the inside of the container lid. Using the spoolie, gently pick up a small amount of clear wax and brush through the brow in an upward motion. Use the spoolie to sculpt brows into your desired shape and lay the brow hairs down flat. Finally, use your favorite Arches and Halos Brow product to fill in any sparse areas.
