Sunbeam Fleece Electric Heated Blanket, 1 Each

We brought this blanket in late November to use in our fifth-wheel trailer and it has performed great. We tried it first at home and now have used it several nights in trailer. We like the separate controls, color and the weight of the blanket. The heating is quite adequate and easy to adjust to your needs.

I had bad luck with previous purchases from Sunbeam in that the controls started blinking after about a year and the blanket would stop heating. I read many online complaints about this happening to other people so was a little hesitant in making another purchase. But the sale price made it hard to resist! So far it's working beautifully (3 months). I have the control set to 3, which is much less than I used on previous Sunbeam blankets (sometimes up to 7). Either those previous blankets had flawed controls that required a high setting for even medium heat, or this one creates too much heat for a setting of 3. I do know that I would literally burn up if the control was set to 10. There are many online complaints about people getting burned, so if you buy this, start out on a lower setting than you might think you need.
