Decent rocking recliner.

The good, the bad, and the ugly. Here we go. The good. Very soft material. Well sewn. Flawless material. I trimmed about 5 threads. No odors. Very cushy and comfy in all positions. Very easy to extend and close footrest. Assembly was easy and took me 50 minutes alone. 20 minutes of the assembly was unpacking parts. The hardest thing about the assembly was removing a vacuum sealed cushion from between the chair frame base, and attaching the foot rest cushion properly. I was sweating and didn't know if I would be able to get the cushion out of the frame base alone. Pull from the top, and support frame with your foot. Push cushion from bottom upward. Repeat until the cushion is out. Actual assembly took 30 minutes. There are only 4 parts and 8 screws. The rest of the assembly is just sliding chair parts onto the chair frame base. I love the rocking aspect, it helps me expel energy when feeling anxious or hyper. The bad. The instructions were mostly clear, except for the back support frame. The instructions were unclear about which way to attach it. I assembled the back support with the bar on the bottom facing out towards the front of the chair. I do not like the back of the chair. The back is not a solid piece of material. I added a picture to show the gaps. The back is only an eyesore if your chair will not be against a wall like mine. The ugly. I really dislike the gap in the footrest cushion when the footrest is collapsed. I added a picture. Overall, a decent rocking recliner. Very fast shipping.

DIrections were not really clear. Came in one box. Cushions were in vacumned sealed bags. Took about 30 min to get together. I knew it would be smaller but to me it's wobbly. This would fit a teenager better. Not enough padding in lower back can feel the frame. Has pull out cord. Not too hard to pull but getting the leg rest back down is hard. The back part rest sits way back. Having to use pillow to set me up a little more. Now, it does go back a good ways but not good that it's wobbly and feels like it may fall apart. I'm in good shape not over weight. No reason should do this unless not a good chair. Looks nice just not fluffy enough for me. I sent pic of my regular sized chair next to this chair so you can see.

If you're tight and money and require comfort better than what you currently have then this is the product for you. The one I purchased is definitely more comfortable than the no frame was supposed to be firm couch…. I would prefer that the back of the chair be a little more upright because when you're just sitting and rocking it reclines too far back instead of upright…. But for a cheaper purchase from Walmart, it's not too bad. It's due in the trick.
