My cats love it!

All three of my cats are obsessed with this tower. They use every level, especially love the top perch and the condo for naps.

The craftsmanship is solid.

The cat can jump up and down without swaying, and its structure remains stable throughout the day.

Waste of money

When the delivery came it was in a huge box but the actual box of the cat tree was only about 1/3 of the box it came in (rest was air "pillows). The box the pieces came in was hard to get pieces out as it was crammed in. What came out was what appeared to be a rough diagram (no written instructions), a carpeted square about 3/4" thick(no padding at all--the fake fur directly on the board by staples ), 3 sisal wrapped posts, a "sleeve" out of fake fur with elastic on the top and bottom and a hole cut out, 4 wooden thick dowels covered by carpet, a piece of sisal with plastic and a hole at the end %26 plastic bag with bolts, an Allen wrench, brass screw %26 a wall anchor. I had difficulty screwing the wooden dowels into the square but finally got them connected and looked at directions and realized that the square was actually 2 of them so I had to take it apart again. Next I got the top and bottom bolted on %26 realized the carpeting was in the wrong way (I had put carpeting on top and bottom and the other sides were bare pressed board with the carpeting stapled on and rough edges sticking past the staples %26 already unraveling) so re-did again. Before you put either the top or bottom square on you are (I guessed) supposed to put the "Sleeve" around the 4 dowels but they leave about 1/3" gap on top and bottom before screwing the final square on. Finally got together but it looks terrible with the rope just hanging through the hole (can tell it will fray too). O just now realized the wall anchor and brass screw are included so you can anchor it to the wall. If I had purchased all the pieces and assembled it it would have at the most cost $15. I had wanted to replace an old cat tree with something smaller--should've paid a little bit more and gotten an assembled one at PetSmart. Don't waste your money
