the electrical part of the chair didn't work and we started return online, took the chair to the Walmart store in Palm Coast, they took the chair but didn't want to scan the return bar code so now we don't have the chair nor the refund. My husband is 83 and it wasn't easy for us to take the chair back . We called the customer service many times but no one helped us. We feel cheated. This was the worst online shopping experience in my life and have learned the lesson.
