Coffee shop coffee at home

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've always been an instant coffee person because of ease and cost. We have a coffee pod machine at home and it rarely gets used due to it costing a fortune for pods and it always has a weak watered down taste and it's sat in the corner since and went back to my instant coffee of a morning. I treat my self a couple of times a week to a proper coffee out the house but it does add up in cost. I'm so happy to of been given the opportunity to try this. I'm completely transformed. The taste is unmatched. The machine itself is automatic, easy to use and surprisingly silent. Just place the beans in the top, add the water and turn the handle and it does everything for you. It really looks the part on my counter and is compact and doesn't take up loads of room. The milk foam machine is the perfect added bonus to top it. I'm enjoying experimenting with different beans and flavours. The machine grinds the beans and dispenses automatically. Then the remaining pulp I've been putting in my wife's roses to feed. Added bonus it will save me fortune having coffees out. Now my friends come to us instead of the coffee shop. I look forward to a fresh coffee of a morning. Instant no more

Philips Baristina (BAR300/00)

I enjoy making myself a coffee because it's comes out creamy and it's always fresh All the family enjoy drinking coffee made with this product

A brilliant bean to cup machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Makes a lovely espresso with a smooth crema. Machine was durable, easy to use, aesthetically pleasing, you are able to personalise volume based on preference and it has differing strength settings. The coffee grind (puck) was easy to discard too, you simply pull it out of the machine and press the ejector button. The only slight negative is that the base of the machine gets a bit dirty due to dripping. A brilliant starter machine for a coffee connoisseur who wants to go from pods to bean to cup.
