This is a very nice, comfortable lift recliner. The recline/lift button is a little awkward to reach for my arthritic hand but I'll get better at it. The vibration motor is NOT quiet but it is tolerable and the heat is wonderful. The remote cord is fairly short so the remote has to be stashed in the side pocket or it falls to the floor. One of the best things I liked is that when in a sitting position my feet reach the floor and the back is upright, not reclined at an uncomfortable angle as my last one was. The cup holders are pretty shallow and I wouldn't trust them to hold a glass taller than an old fashioned glass. The lift function works perfectly and is pretty stable not too much rocking, it is a great help when I have overdone and my knees are not safely up to the task. Assembly was very easy and I did it all by myself, it was VERY heavy getting the bottom/side box up the two stairs but I managed with a dolly and I thought it through. The padding seems to be holding it up and the 'leather' is wearing well so far. There are not adjustable legs so I wonder if maybe a solid wood base over the carpet where it sits might help with the wobble when it is in full up lift position. That will be something I will address at a later date, I'd need to get measurements and have it cut and that might raise it up enough it isn't as comfortable. This chair is a good chair at a reasonable price. It was the best one with these features I found over local stores and online for this price. Even with the $89 dollars shipping it was still several hundred dollars less than comparable ones in big stores near me. It feels luxurious and functions well.
