Verified Purchase

After being assembled, it cannot be used as the wheels do not roll and will only ruin our floors because they only scrape when you attempt to move it. The back of the chair will not go to a full upright position and stays only in a reclined position. The hardware that came with the chair was not efficient and added to the issues we are having. I'm also in the process of requesting a refund and the seller has made this process very difficult so far.
