Received different brand than ordered

The product I ordered is a Philergo product and I received a Siloon product. I researched both and they are competitors, NOT the same company. I was not notified of any substitutions being made on my order. The item I received is louder than expected, the ice melts in the bin and takes longer to make ice than product listed.
