I bought the purple and red one and I'm pleasently surprised, the red is like tomato red and the purple is very vibrant

Hard to sharpen

I love the colors I bought, and they worked well. My black one broke immediately after using it once, however. I used multiple different eye pencil sharpeners, and it does appear to sharpen but it is incredibly hard and takes forever. I've considered resorting to my pocket knife, though I'm not sure that would work either.

This is not the experience we hope for you to have, and we will be sure to share your comments with the appropriate teams. We recommend you sharpen this pencil with our Make-up Masters 3-in-1 Sharpener or equivalent. The smaller hole of the sharpener will fit most pencils. If you notice the blade becomes dull, we recommend replacing the sharpener for the best results. We do not recommend putting the pencil in the refrigerator or freezer to make it harder, as this will interfere with its performance.
