As soon as I received it, I cleaned it and started making ice cream. It's a simple as it can be just from a few recipes they have in the book that comes with it the first day I've made a gallon of strawberry ice cream, a gallon of blueberry ice cream and I think some chocolate the only thing I can suggest is make sure your fruits are defrost did 100% otherwise it has a tendency of crystallizing some of the ice cream otherwise great machine.

Homemade Ice Cream Is The Best

We haven't tried all the recipies in the book yet, but we have enjoyed vanilla ice cream several times. It makes a batch of ice cream in less than an hour without pre-freezing. This machine freezes itself and cleaning is a breeze. The machine is a little expensive, but not having to pre-freeze anything is fabulous.

My Christmas Ice Cream Machine!! I LOVE this thing! The ONLY thing I do differently from the instructions is mix the whipping cream in my mixer First for Whipped Cream. Add Sweetened Condensed Milk, vanilla, beat till med peaks and spoon it right into the Bucket. Screw on the lid, I think it makes it super smooth in the end. Then YOU'RE just 45 MINUTES AWAY FROM A DELECTABLY PERFECT DESSERT! READY AND WAITING!!
