Our Synergee 1” Barbells are ideal for novice lifters learning proper form and intermediate athletes perfecting their technique with lighter loads. We offer three sizes to match your training style: a 4.7 ft bar weighing 5.58 kg (12.3 lb), a 6 ft bar weighing 7.5 kg (16.5 lb), and a 7 ft bar weighing 8.7 kg (19.2 lb). Each bar features a 1” diameter grip and sleeves designed for standard plates with 1” openings, along with 1.2 mm diamond knurling for a secure hold. Built with a 50,000 PSI tensile strength and a 350 lb weight capacity, these bars are stiff with zero whip—making them an excellent choice for powerlifting movements where stability is key.
- ★ 1 INCH GRIP BARBELL ★ – With a 1” diameter, this barbell offers a great option for new and elementary lifters. This barbell is much lighter than Olympic Barbells, meaning you can perfect your form at a safe weight. 1-inch grip and 1-inch sleeves are easy on your grip and compatible with 1”-opening weight plates.
- ★ CORROSION-RESISTANT, CHROME FINISH ★ – We put a lot of time and energy into making our barbells; and you put a lot of time and energy into buying them.
