The V6 Vegetable Slicer is known for its extreme durability due to its high-quality stainless steel material. Whether you need thick, thin, or ultra-thin slices, fine julienne strips, or coarse sticks (for i.e. potato fries), this vegetable cutter offers many possibilities.
- PROFESSIONAL STAINLESS STEEL MANDOLINE – Our Börner Professional Vegetable Cutter (V-Slicer) features an ergonomic handle and non-slip rubber feet for safe use. The finely honed stainless steel V-blade can chop even hard to cut vegetables. This vegetable slicer is also ideal for professional use in the catering industry or as a perfect gift for home cooks.
- SAFE & EASY TO USE – The set includes a safety guard / fruit holder. The fruit holder serves as a finger guard and protects your fingers from the sharp blades. Additionally, fruits & vegetables can be completely processed until the end. Our V6 Slicer has non-slip rubber feet, to prevent it from slipping while slicing.
- EASY CLEANING – Simply rinse the V-slicer under running cold or warm water. Keep the insert in the V-frame while cleaning. Be careful not to touch the blade and also rinse the fruit holder under running water. The V-slicer can also be cleaned in the dishwasher.
