The smoker doubles as a slow cooker that will hold a 6 lb. chicken. Smoke a variety of foods with 3 smoking options. Hot smoke is perfect for smaller cuts of meat, poultry and fish. Cold smoke adds smoky flavor (without cooking) to foods like cheese, nuts, hard-boiled eggs and salt. Combo mode cold smokes food first and then cooks with hot smoke to infuse the maximum amount of smoky flavor. It's great for smoking larger cuts of pork and beef.
