Nice Bike - But the seller (PACIFIC CYCLE) is useless. I assembled the bike with ease and attempted to adjust both derailleurs unsuccessfully. Contacted Pacific Cycle to determine who would handle the warranty to complete the adjustments to make the bicycle usable, but was told that it was my responsibility. UNACCEPTABLE that a sales company won't stand behind the product they sell. Had to pay $75.00 to have the bicycle adjusted so I could use it as intended. You're better off buying a Schwinn through a retailer - they will assemble, adjust and ensure that your bike works the way it is supposed to before leaving the store. VERY DISAPPOINTED with the lack of responsiveness of PACIFIC CYCLE
