Defeat from the jaws of victory

This company has a million-dollar appliance but a 10-cent warranty. I love the crushed ice feature; it's like having a snowball with any juice you add to it. I hate walking into the kitchen and finding ice cubes all over the floor from the indiscriminate ice delivery. This could be a bestseller if the company revised the software (I'm an electrical engineer, retired)
