This is an absolute winner. I find myself utilizing the ratchet thru out the day. The ratchet system allows you an infinite amount of adjustment rather than one inch at a time that you have with a standard belt so, after eating, after putting your shirt tail in, taking a walk, working around the yard or playing sports, you can easily adjust it for and "exact" fit just by pushing the belt forward thru the ratchet. No unbuckling required. It takes less than 3 seconds to adjust or remove. The 1,25 width is perfect for the belt loops on your trousers. Perfect for casual pants, especially blue jeans. I recommend having several of these in your wardrobe.

Nice secure clasp. The belt tucks underneath instead of on top like most belts. The clasp is not immediately intuitive, but it holds the belt really well. There's some bulky bits to the clasp so it might not feel comfortable unless you've got some cushion under the belt.
