Easy to work with
Company was fantastic to work with. The chair back broke at a place that could not be fixed. After emailing pictures, the company sent a replacement. That replacement had an issue with the screw holes. Another email and another chair back was sent out. This one fit perfectly. I appreciate the easy ability to have the product fixed. Thank you!

Adjustable support is a HUGE plus!
I do not game, but I like to work at my desk. I am prone to backaches so my husband bought me this chair hoping it would help...it has! The best feature is the adjustable pad support that can go from your lower back up to your upper back. I move it up or down depending on where my pain is that day. Absolutely love it!

Comfortable and Durable
This chair is so comfortable and durable. I have had it for about 6 months and haven't had any major issues. The only thing that I have ran into is the arms come lose over time but its not a big deal for me. The chair is pretty firm when you first sit in it but it softens up after sitting in it.
