Easy to work with

Company was fantastic to work with.  The chair back broke at a place that could not be fixed.  After emailing pictures, the company sent a replacement.  That replacement had an issue with the screw holes.  Another email and another chair back was sent out.  This one fit perfectly.  I appreciate the easy ability to have the product fixed.  Thank you!

Comfortable and Durable

This chair is so comfortable and durable. I have had it for about 6 months and haven't had any major issues. The only thing that I have ran into  is the arms  come lose over time but its not a big deal for me. The chair is pretty firm when you  first sit in it but it softens up after sitting in it. The pillows are also very nice and durable and they still look brand new. Great chair for the money

So nice, we came back and bought more!

Assembly is pretty standard for the chair, didn't take too long to assemble maybe 15 to 25 minutes all together.This is super comfortable! We loved it so much we bought 1 more and will probably buy 2 more here soon! (Bought them for our work office, but will be getting a second set to leave in our gaming room)We had one of the plastic covers break during shipping and the seller got a new part sent so we could replace the plastic cover.Overall easy experience and so far loving the chairs!
