This machine is pretty cool. It works great. It feels heavy duty. Not cheap at all. The remote works good. Instructions are a little vague but mess around with I and you can easily figure it out. Ive been using it for a few weeks. I dont know if Ive actually lost weight but I can tell a huge difference in my hips and back fat. I do 20 min standing up 10 min squats, and then I sit on it every other day for my legs for 20 min.

Great investment. I did a little bit of research before purchasing. I personally love it. It helps relax my muscles during my home workouts so Im not sore after. Once I got familiar with the various speed settings, I incorporated squat and arm exercises on this machine. I feel you get almost 2x the workout while on the vibration machine because youre whole body is moving. Just Love it!

This is a great product! A simple and practical product that can achieve your unexpected results. Before that, I have tested a similar vibration platform, and it takes up more space and is expensive. I use it several times a week. I slowly start to strengthen from a low speed. After many times of using, my legs have a sore feeling. I think this should be effect of persistence! Also equipped with a remote control, let you control freely. (It is recommended to start from the beginning to use, gradually strengthen that is easier to adapt.)
