Bestar standard Bookcase in Dark Chocolate-Color:Dark Chocolate

Unfortunately, the pieces of the bookcase came damaged. We purchased 2 of them, so we put together one full bookcase with good pieces. Called the company and was completely satisfied that they would replace the damaged pieces. However, when they came, they too were also damaged. It seems the shipper you use does not handle the material - damage was definitely in the shipping at the "pinch" points of the nylon banding material - unfortunately you can't see it until you open the box. Consideration should be made to change shippers. We purchased a Murphy Bed which came in 3 boxes (very large) and there was not one piece damaged. Different shipper.
