It is a bit wobbly, but what stool isn't? I put furniture pads on the feet (two on the wobbling leg) and its perfectly level now and leaves no marks on my wood floors. The height is just about right for my 36" counter, maybe 1-2" taller would be better, but I'm short. Really enjoyed the modern look and shallow depth so they don't stick out as far as most stools. The back is very vertical without much lean to it so prepare for a fairly straight posture when sitting. The pad is fairly thick and was stiff at first, but it has broke in after the first week. I wouldn't say its comfortable for long term seating, but great for a quick meal at the island or checking mail. Much better than a non-padded stool. The stools were 100 each almost everywhere else and they didn't call them "Vega", but looked identical. Once I found out the model was the Vega I found it here the cheapest. Very fast shipping and great quality for the price. Would buy them again!

these are great counter stools
I had a difficult time finding this type of chair for a reasonable price. I thought I would take a chance on Walmart and was pleasantly surprised. They were a little difficult to put together but definitely worth the effort. They are comfortable, very solid and easy to clean.
