I would give 0 stars if possible. The seller is uncooperative and unresponsive giving the same response to whatever you tell them. I had to sign for my package seller did not mention anything regarding that and you can imagine what happened next. Gave me nothing but a hard time complete garbage. I will never order anything from this seller nor do I recommend anyone to buy anything from this seller. You should be ashamed of yourself.

Disappointed by seller. My son could not use this game. It was unopened as he needs to download games only. We went to Walmart to return by the deadline. When at a Walmart employee printed a label said I needed to go to FedEx. It was a Sunday evening and they were closed. Reached out to seller Monday morning, asking if I can still use this label to ship through FedEx. Responded back said no longer can return missed deadline. I explained that I went to the Walmart and they said that they could not refund it there that I needed to ship it back. That is not what the directions have. I have screenshot it all of the directions. Never ever have. I had a problem with Walmart and I have been shopping here for years. Reached out to the seller in three different emails. All they sent back was the same comment each time sent them screenshots of everything that I had from the day that I went to return it. Called left two voicemails will not even have the decency to get back to me. I followed all the steps that I needed to, and there should be no reason why they can’t refund me this money for an unopened, not used package that was ready within the time limit that needed to be returned.
