Worst experience ever. I couldn't find this pizza sauce anywhere so i decided to order this 6 jars off of here and at least 2 or 3 of them came broken. I didn't open the whole box and take a picture of them, since they were covered in no good sauce and ants everywhere. Why would i put my hands through all of that just so i can get a refund that i should already be able to get considering i took a picture of the top where you can see at least one jar broken, ant and sauce everywhere. All the jars in that package are contaminated broken or not. I dont know of anyone who would use that. They refuse to get me a full refund and they are no longer answering me when i asked for one just for the one jar they can clearly see in the picture i sent. Will not be buying from this seller ever again and i suggest you do the same.

After receiving your message, we responded multiple times requesting photos of the damaged items so we could verify the extent of the damage and process the appropriate refund. The only image provided showed a single damaged jar, and despite our requests, no additional photos were submitted to support the claim that the remaining items were damaged or unusable. Even without the requested documentation, we continued working with you and ultimately issued a refund on 6/15. They advertise specific items and send a different item. Ordered a food item in its original container. I can purchase the new version. I was specifically looking for the original in a box. That’s what their description stated “box”. They sent bags. I can get the new version locally. They are not responding to my request for a refund and postage free return of the bagged product.

When you first contacted us on 6/6, we responded the same day regarding your delivery inquiry and confirmed that tracking showed the package had been delivered on 6/3. On 6/8, you informed us that you believed you had received the wrong item. We responded that same day and requested photos of the product received so we could investigate and determine the appropriate resolution. Unfortunately, we did not receive a response to our request for additional information, which prevented us from verifying the issue. Despite this, a refund was ultimately issued on 6/16. We take product accuracy and customer service seriously and are always happy to investigate concerns when the requested information is provided. -KeHE Distributors

Horrible customer service. My order from them was delivered to the wrong address and even though i submitted proof that it was the wrong address they refused to do anything. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CRIMINALS.

After receiving your concerns, we investigated the shipment and confirmed with UPS that the package was delivered to the address provided on 5/23. We communicated these findings and provided the delivery information during our correspondence. While delivered orders are generally considered fulfilled once confirmed by the carrier, we still worked toward a resolution and a full refund was issued on 6/2.
